COURSE OBJECTIVE
The course helps students develop skills to understand organisation and management by analysing some special topics on the basis of theory and practice. Topics consist of motivation, organizational culture, types and forms of organizational change, strategic management, international strategies, human resource management and personnel planning and recruiting.
