Organizational behavior is a branch of the sciences which is concerned with the study of human behavior in work place. It also covers the impact of different management practices and leadership styles on worker satisfaction and morale, organizational effectiveness, productivity, and profitability. Understanding individual outcomes, individual mechanisms, individual characteristics, group mechanisms, and organizational mechanisms.
