Organization theory is a course which is concerned with the study of organizations. Organization theory looks at organizations and their structure.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
The course examines the basic topics in organisation theory. Topics include organisations and organisation effectiveness, stakeholders, managers, and ethics, managing in a changing global environment, basic challenges of organisational design, designing organisational structure: authority and control, designing organisational structure: specialization and control, creating and managing organisational culture, and managing conflict, power, and politics.
