COURSE OBJECTIVE
An introduction to personnel management. Survey of theories, practices and problems encountered in securing, allocating, compensating, developing, and effectively using human resources in organizations. The design of systems of rewards, assessment, and manpower development. The main objective of this course is to inform the students about how to attain, retain and maintain human resources in organizations.
