Human ResourceManagement is a course which is concerned with the study of personnel management. Human ResourceManagement includes theories, practices and problems encountered in securing, allocating, compensating, developing, and effectively using human resources in organizations.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
Understanding the design of systems of rewards, assessment, and manpower development. The main objective of this course is also to inform the students about how to attain, retain and maintain human resources in organizations.
