COURSE OBJECTIVE
1. The course shall be based on as many practical work in groups as possible in given circumstances;
2. The major objective is that students should acquire advance knowledge and understanding of different concepts, themes and problems of the contemporary diplomatic practice with particular emphasis on bilateral, multilateral, economic, cultural, public diplomacy, protocol and consular affairs;
3. Understand the principal, tools, strategies and barriers of diplomatic outreach;
4. Develop the effective diplomatic reporting (writing) skills;
5. Develop the critical thinking skills;
6. Improve negotiating skills;
7. Understand methodology, driving forces and concepts of diplomatic inter-state communications and non-communications
