The student are learning about theoretical aspects of leadership and how to implement that knowledge into practice.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
The students are learning about theoretical aspects of leadership and how to implement that knowledge into practice. Upon completion of this course the student will develop a working knowledge of leadership theory and practice. The student will also develop self-knowledge of his or her leadership philosophy and preferred leadership styles along with a skill for successful analysis of cases involving leadership
