Medical genetics is the specialty of medicine that involves the diagnosis and management of hereditary disorders. In this course, we will cover practical aspects of medical genetics including basic genetics and modes of inheritance, examples of cancer genetics, biochemical genetics, wide spectra of common disorders, congenital abnormalities, genetic counseling, chromosome disorders, risk calculations and others.
