This course is compulsory. Education basically goes on at school influenced by many factors and influencing the society at large. A lot of resources are allocated into education but sometimes with little return. Many times school leaders are responsible for the failure or success of an educational system both at micro and macro level. There is a need to know and put into practice the factors that would increase effectiveness and efficiency of education systems.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
This course aims to increase awareness of school professionals about the issues involved in school effectiveness and school improvement. Students will be able to offer solutions to problems of schooling.
