COURSE OBJECTIVE |
The subject of Business Law will cover basic knowledge and understanding of following: basics understanding of Law, business law and sources of business law; subjects involved in business transations and relationships; basics of obligations law and business contracts; formation of business organisation and their structures, bodies, securities and shares; international business practices and their regulation; competition law and understanding of other legal issues important to understand in every day business activities. |
